My job is to make sure the things running quietly in the background stay quiet. As System Services Manager at POINT, I focus on monitoring, automation, security and finding ways to eliminate repetitive tasks so our clients can stay focused on what actually matters.

I've applied my background in information security and forensics across a surprisingly wide range of industries including creative brands, financial services, and criminal justice agencies. Working across these different worlds has sharpened my instinct for building systems that are resilient and intuitive for the people using them.

Outside of work, I'm usually plotting my next trip, watching a film, or tinkering in my home lab. There's always another self-hosted project threatening to take over the weekend.
