Taking less important things off people's plates is where I usually spend my time — building automations that help our clients work smarter is the order of the day. Beyond designing and implementing workflows, I'm also managing identity providers to keep integrations running smoothly. It's a good mix.

There's genuine satisfaction in watching a process that used to eat up someone's afternoon just disappear. That's the goal every time.

Outside of work, I'm usually out running, spending time with my family, and doing my character development work... which mostly involves keeping an eye on Spurs and the Chicago Cubs. And when that gets too painful, I'll fall down a rabbit hole on vexillology or whatever corner of the human experience has caught my attention that week.
