I make technology feel less like an obstacle and more like an asset. My work covers everything from onboarding employees and equipment to those inevitable ""why isn't this working?"" moments.

Tech support is people support, so I lead with patience, collaboration, and an interest in making systems easier and less stressful to use. If someone walks away from an interaction feeling more confident than when they came in, I've done my job.

Outside of work, you'll find me writing, out on a trail, or doing whatever my dog has decided we're doing today.
