Hi, I’m CC, your friendly neighborhood project manager. I’ve spent the past 25 years working across different industries, mostly focused on helping teams turn big ideas into real, working outcomes. Day to day, I lead programs at hugoWREN where I improve internal processes, remove roadblocks, and make sure high-impact projects get delivered for our clients.

A lot of my time goes into connecting the dots across teams, aligning stakeholders, and building practical frameworks that fit the people and the work instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all approach. I’m a natural problem solver and genuinely enjoy digging into messy challenges to figure out what’s really going on. I try to balance the “art” of working with people and the “science” of tools and systems to keep things moving efficiently and with high quality.

My background in Communication Studies and my PMP certification support that work, but what motivates me most is helping teams do their best work and getting meaningful initiatives across the finish line.Outside of work, I’m usually moving or making something. I love running - especially themed races where I can wear costumes and glitter. I also love to travel; my most recent trip took me to the Pyramids in Egypt, which was unforgettable. And when I’m home, I quilt. There’s something really satisfying about piecing together something detailed and creative by hand - it’s just another form of problem solving that I enjoy.
