No job is too big or too small for this team as I enjoy digging into many help desk issues, finding the root cause, and delivering clear, effective solutions. Customer satisfaction is my top priority here! Most would say I’m like an 'AI bot' but with a real human touch, known for my responsiveness, attention to detail, and constantly communicating with our clients to keep them informed every step of the way.

Off the clock, you’ll find me exploring new places around the world traveling, playing competitive tennis, boxing in the gym, running a local 10K or attending a Longhorn football game. All fun activities on regular rotation for a TX gal who prefers to break a sweat often ;-)
